Types of Vaginal septum:​

  • Urinary symptoms

Longitudinal Septums: Double vertical duplication and in instances with two cervices & vagina.Usually present with:​

  • Dysmenorrhea
  • Abnormal uterine bleeding
  • Pain with intercourse​

Pregnancy complications:​

  • Infertility
  • Miscarriage
  • Premature birth
  • preterm labor
  • Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)​
